I liked this. Made me think of TVís "24" and the Bourne franchise. Clive Owen is Louis Salinger, a former investigator at Scotland Yard, now working for Interpol. Salinger is frustrated by Interpolís mission, to gather intelligence rather than to capture and prosecute offenders. He prefers agencies that jump into action and bring about justice. With New York prosecutor Eleanor Whitman (Naomi Watts) he has been working a case that points to an international bank selling arms, laundering money and murdering witnesses and informants.

The bank is so connected, all around the world, that intelligence agencies using their banking services are cooperating in opposing those who might harm the enterprise. How does one bring down such an operation?

There are nods to "Enemy of the State," "Three Days of the Condor" and Warren Beattyís "Parallax View." These films pit individuals against massive government operations with tendrils into everything, and unlimited resources to achieve their aims.

There is plenty of action, suspense and allusion to situations timely. Enjoy.
